• What is the process of renting equipment?

    • Step 1: Browse our catalog and determine which items you are interested in. Add them to your cart, indicate in the notes the date of your event and check out

    • Step 2: Once we receive your request, we will review it and confirm all details

    • Step 3: Rental agreement & policy as well as the updated invoice will be sent for signatures

    • Step 4: Deposits are required at time of confirmation. Please review our policy for any refunds or adjustments

  • What is due at time of placing my order? 

    • When placing your order, you will need to provide a 50% deposit.  The final balance is due once equipment is delivered

  • Is my order confirmed when I checkout?

    • No. Your order will be confirmed once we receive your deposit as well as the signed rental agreement

  • What area(s) do you service? 

    • We currently service addresses in the 98391 zip code with plans to expand our service area in the near future.  If you are unsure if we service your area, please send us an inquiry

  • What is the cost for delivery? 

    • Our current delivery fee is $20 which includes curbside delivery to your event site and pick up after your event. This fee does not include assembly and/or cleaning

  • Can I pick up my order vs. choosing delivery?

    • Yes. You can choose the appropriate method at checkout. Your delivery fee will be waived and reflected in your final invoice

  • What forms of payment do you accept? 

    • We currently accept Cash and Zelle

  • What is considered damage? 

    • For the proper upkeep of rented items, please take note the guidelines below.  These guidelines ensure the quality and availability of our rental inventory. Any questions or need for clarification? Just ask.

      • For linens, replacement costs may apply in case of wax stains, burns, permanent marker stains, mold/mildew, rips, or tears.

      • Other items may incur replacement costs for issues like cracks, broken glass, permanent marker stains, large dents, or significant damage

      • Missing items from the rental order will also be subject to replacement costs

      • Feel free to request specific replacement costs for each item as needed

  • Do you collect taxes? 

    • Yes.  All orders are subject to
